Job Description
Branch Support Representative – This position will act as Member Service Representative, Head Teller and/or a Teller to provide support in the absence of assigned staff.  A Branch Support Representative at PenFed will assist our members with transactions and inform our members of products and services we offer.  Other operational duties could include preparing loan documents, balance loan disbursements, balance cash drawers on a daily basis and order supplies for the branch as well as cross-selling, educating members on our online and mobile banking services as well as resolving member issues. A successful Branch Support Representative will have a solid work history with customer service and sales experience as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule.
